We therefore would strongly recommend that you discuss all aspects of any bookings with the owners personally. Villas under the Sun is not responsible for any inaccuracies or misleading statements made in the information or images provided by the owner or agent of properties on the site. The advertiser agrees to indemnify VillasundertheSun.com against all claims costs arising out of any misleading information in the advertisement.
- It is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure they have the legal right to reproduce any photographs or digital images they supply to us. The advertiser agrees to indemnify Villas under the Sun against all costs arising out of any infringement of copyright for such images.
- VillasundertheSun.com will take every care to reproduce faithfully the text, prices, contact details and photographs provided to us by advertisers. We will endeavour to correct errors notified to us in writing as soon as practicable. We will not, however, be held liable for any loss arising out of any error or omission on our part.
- VillasundertheSun.com reserves the right to determine the design and layout of advertisements in keeping with the overall style of the website. We may, at our discretion, make alterations to advertisement copy entered into the online database by advertisers if we consider it necessary.
- VillasundertheSun.com will make reasonable efforts to remedy any reported operational faults with regard to the functionality of the site as soon as reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee to maintain uninterrupted availability of the site.
- VillasundertheSun.com will process and approve new advertisements as quickly as we can. However, as we have no control over the number of requests that we receive at any time, we cannot guarantee response times.
- VillasundertheSun.com will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored securely and accurately. Your personal information will never be provided to any third party for their marketing or promotional use.
- Only one rental unit should be featured in any advertisement unless terms have been agreed with VillasundertheSun.com. We reserve the right to alter adverts not adhering to this policy.
- A property advertisement on VillasundertheSun.com relates to a specific property. The details of this property must not be changed to those of a different property nor the photograph substituted for that of a different property. If an advertiser wishes to advertise a different or additional property, this must be done by means of a new advertisement. VillasundertheSun.com reserves the right to suspend advertisements not adhering to this policy.
- If VillasundertheSun.com is made or becomes aware of an advertisement that misrepresents the property or its surroundings, then we reserve the right to remove that advertisement without prior notice and retain full payment. If an advertiser enters or attempts to enter unsuitable or inappropriate material (we will be the judge of the suitability of such material) onto the online database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, VillasundertheSun.com reserves the right to remove the advertisement and any associated advertisement from the site and retail full payment.
- VillasundertheSun.com reserves the right to refuse any listing submitted to VillasundertheSun.com.
- Advertisers should be contactable within a reasonable time. We therefore ask that advertisers who will be unreachable for more than a few days make potential customers aware of this by displaying a message on their advert.
- VillasundertheSun.com will generally allow one link per advertisement to a personal website. We reserve the right to remove from advertisements email addresses or links to external websites that we feel are not appropriate or act against the interests of the Company or its advertisers.
- VillasundertheSun.com reserves the right to change advertising rates without notice. Any new rates will apply immediately for new advertisers and on renewal for existing advertisers.
- VillasundertheSun provides an advertising service rather than a physical product. We offer a 'cooling off period' of seven working days wherein a customer may cancel the requested advertising by email to enquiries@villasunderthesun.com (stating the owner ID or home number and the advertiser's password). We will then supply a refund less a £10 administration fee and notification by email.
